Local Franchised Bus

A number of franchised bus routes are available for visitors to travel directly to AsiaWorld-Expo bus terminus (located at the west entrance of AsiaWorld-Expo), enabling convenient access to and from major districts in Hong Kong.



1) During specific hours of event days^

For return journey to urban area, passengers can take any "A-route" or "E-route" bus from AsiaWorld-Expo and interchange at the Airport Ground Transportation Centre for the desired A-route. The fare of this connecting ride would be refunded in the final journey if both rides are provided by the same bus company#. Citybus offers same-day half-fare for the final return journey*.

2. Senior citizens aged 65 or above and children aged 11 or below are charged half of the adult single fare.
3. Section fares are applicable on this route. 
4. Half price discount on same-day return journey is applicable by using same Octopus Card.

* Both the inbound and outbound rides between AsiaWorld-Expo and urban area must be provided by Citybus. The same Octopus Card must be used and with not more than 9 Octopus transactions in between the 2 journeys.

4) From the Airport

Visitors can interchange for bus route S1 (HK$3.5 one way) at Cheong Tat Road (outside the ground level of the Passenger Terminal Building) to travel to AsiaWorld-Expo Bus Terminus, or alternatively interchange for the Airport Express at Airport Express Airport Station and alight at AsiaWorld-Expo Station.

5) Tung Chung MTR Bus Terminus:

Visitors can take bus route S1 to AsiaWorld-Expo Bus Terminus.
