Flexible Solutions for Exhibitions and Conventions In May 2006, AsiaWorld-Expo showed its mettle as Hong Kong's newest and largest venue capable of hosting different kinds of international exhibitions and conventions.
Asia International Arts & Antiques Fair 2006 (26-29 May 2006) Organised by Paper Communication Exhibition Services and Fordwick Ltd, Asia International Arts & Antiques Fair 2006 was the first professional antiques and arts exhibition held at AsiaWorld-Expo. Over 130 distinguished auction houses and exhibitors from all over the world showcased some of the finest works of art and antiques, ranging from paintings, glassware, sculpture, ceramics, bronzes, ornament, rare books, furniture, carpets, clocks to jewellery and much more. Chinese state treasures were the star exhibits at this fair. The highlight was the four state treasures - 4 Bronze Heads originated from Yuan Ming Yuan and rare collections of various eras in the Chinese culture exhibited by The China National Museum and Taiwan Antique Dealers Association. |

Nu Skin Enterprises, Greater China and South East Asia Regional Convention (10-12 May 2006) Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, Inc. hosted its regional Greater China and South East Asia Convention at AsiaWorld-Expo from 10 to 12 May 2006. The global skincare giant had complex requirements for the event which brought together more than 10,000 delegates from around the region and beyond. The convention showed the flexibility of AsiaWorld-Expo's world-class facility by providing a flexible combination of large-scale arena-style venues, coupled with smaller more intimate meeting space for interactive workshops, and impressive entertaining venues for networking with other delegates and business contacts. |
